External Transfer Limits

Fiserv is making changes to their transfer system.

A2A is becoming TransferNow, a new account-to-account external transfer service. This change will be launching on July 15th.

How can I activate my TransferNow?

You have a 30-day window from the launch of TransferNow, where A2A is still active. During this time, you can verify your information and add your previous accounts and account transfers to your TransferNow portal, while still making transfers on A2A.

A2A is accessible within Bill Pay tab under Transfer Money. TransferNow is accessible under the Transfer tab and clicking on Launch External Transfer.

When setting up your TransferNow account, you will need to reenter your existing reoccurring transfers, as they will not carry over from your A2A account.

Important: Upcoming changes to external transfer limits. Effective July 15, 2024, external transfer limits will be $5,000 for standard transfers, and $2,000 for Next Day transfers.

TransferNow will be available on whatever device you bank with.

From your desktop to your cellphone, TransferNow will be available through The Piedmont Bank. TransferNow is coming soon to The Piedmont Bank mobile app!
